These Terms govern your use of iRoutify, a route-optimization service provided over the web and as an HTTP API at app.iroutify.com. By creating an account, calling the API, or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.

1Who you are contracting with

The Service is provided by Alexei Corduneanu, sole proprietor, Republic of Moldova ("iRoutify", "we", "us"), contactable at alexei@iroutify.com.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through our checkout. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for that transaction, issues your invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment itself. We never receive or store your card details.

2The Service

iRoutify computes multi-stop route plans from the stops, vehicles and constraints you submit. It returns a visiting order per vehicle, together with estimates, and — where applicable — a quality certificate and a solution fingerprint.

Estimates are planning figures, not road times. Unless you have explicitly enabled a road-routing mode, distances and arrival times are computed on straight-line geometry at a fixed planning speed, and every route reports the basis it was computed on. They do not account for traffic, road networks, closures, weather or vehicle-specific restrictions. They are an input to your planning, not a guarantee of real-world arrival.

3Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys, and for keeping those keys secret. Treat an API key like a password.
Tell us promptly at alexei@iroutify.com if you believe a key has been exposed, so it can be revoked. Two keys can be active at once so you can rotate without downtime.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

4Plans, usage and payment

Paid plans are fixed-price subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance, and one-time stop packs are fixed-price purchases. The plans and the allowance each one carries are:

One-time stop packs are sold in sizes of 50,000, 250,000 and 1,000,000 stops. Packs do not expire at the end of a billing period.

Prices are quoted at the point of sale — on the checkout page you are shown before any payment is taken, or in writing if we quote you directly. For current pricing, write to alexei@iroutify.com. The price that binds is the one you were shown when you bought; nothing on this page sets it.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that Lemon Squeezy is required to add at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then.
Usage is metered in stops submitted. If you exhaust your allowance, further requests are refused until the next period or until you purchase a pack — we do not silently bill you for overage.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Sold separately, not through this checkout. Self-hosted and on-premises deployment licences, and very-large-scale batch runs quoted per job, are negotiated directly and invoiced under a separate written agreement. They are not available for purchase through our online checkout and are not covered by this section.

5Refunds

14-day refund on a first subscription payment. If iRoutify does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
Renewals are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not consumed more than 10% of that period's stop allowance.
Stop packs are refundable in full while unused, and pro rata on the unused balance within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are returned by the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
We may decline a refund where the account has breached section 7.

You can always evaluate the Service on the free Demo plan before paying. If you think you have a fair case that falls outside the rules above, write to us — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.

6Your data

You keep all rights in the stop lists, addresses, coordinates and other data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us only the limited licence needed to process it in order to return your result and to operate and secure the Service.

We do not retain the route data you submit. It is processed in memory to compute your plan and is not stored after the response is returned. See the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use it to train models.
You are responsible for having the right to submit the data, including any personal data such as customer addresses, and for meeting your own obligations to the people it concerns.

7Acceptable use

You may not:

attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the optimization method from the Service or its output;
resell, sublicense or expose the API to third parties as your own routing service, except under a written agreement with us;
circumvent rate limits, stop allowances or authentication, or use multiple accounts to obtain free-tier capacity you would otherwise pay for;
submit unlawful content, or use the Service to break any law that applies to you;
probe, load-test or attack the infrastructure without our prior written consent. If you want to benchmark us, ask — we will usually say yes and help.

Published rate limits apply to all accounts and are documented in the API. Exceeding them results in a refusal, not a charge.

8Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA on the plans listed above. If you need one, contact us about a written agreement.

9What we do and do not promise

We publish figures for solution quality, reproducibility and scale, and we state how each was measured. Those measurements are made on our own hardware against public benchmark instances and have not been independently audited. They describe the Service's behaviour on that data; they are not a warranty of any particular result, saving or performance on your data.

Reproducibility. The same request to the same engine version returns the same plan, and every response carries a fingerprint so you can verify this. This guarantee holds within an engine version: improving the optimizer is expected to change plans, which is why the engine version is reported alongside the fingerprint. One documented exception is published in the API documentation.

Except as expressly stated here, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data;
our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

You remain responsible for operational decisions made using our output. A route plan is a recommendation; dispatching it is your decision.

11Intellectual property

The Service, its software, the optimization method and all related IP remain ours. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You keep your Customer Data and the route plans produced from it, and you may use those plans freely in your own operations.

12Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that fails to pay, or where required by law — with notice where practicable, and immediately where a breach risks harm to the Service or other customers. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections 6, 9, 10 and 11 survive.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to your account address and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, you may cancel and we will refund the unused remainder of any period you have paid for.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and the courts of the Republic of Moldova have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
